Rapid casting polyurethanes that gel in less than 60 seconds at room temperature are formulated for automated meter/mix dispensing. The equipment quickly combines resin and hardener for immediate injection into the mold. Rapid cast thermoplastic-like parts that simulate injection molded ABS and polypropylene can be demolded in 15 to 30 minutes for rapid prototyping of automotive parts, appliances, medical devices, toys, packaging and more.
