Innovative Polymers, Inc. manufactures advanced mercury-free, RoHS-compliant urethane liquid casting resins for plastic models, prototypes, short run and production parts.

Our thermoset polyurethanes exhibit a broad range of handling, curing and performance properties to meet the needs of virtually any application. Innovative Polymers chemists also have the expertise to formulate custom systems and color matched materials. In addition, our dedicated technical support team is on-call to help customers solve their toughest casting challenges.

Inno-FR™ Flame Retardant Polyurethanes

Innovative Polymers' Inno-FR™ flame retardant systems are designed for prototyping, initial parts and low volume production of medical devices, equipment housings, automotive components and electronic parts.

InnoTuf^® Impact Resistant Polyurethanes

Innovative Polymers manufactures a unique line of polyurethanes for high performance applications. Based on advanced crosslinked technologies, InnoTuf^® high impact polyurethanes combine ultra-high impact strengths and high heat deflection temperatures with good flexural properties.

InnoTuf^® Abrasion Resistant Polyurethanes

Innovative Polymers' InnoTuf^® abrasion resistant polyurethanes create durable parts that can withstand exposure to gouging, cutting and abrasion as well as chemical and solvent exposure.

InnoClear™ Water Clear Polyurethanes

InnoClear™ water clear polyurethanes produce high quality prototypes, initial parts, and parts for low volume production. Depending on the requirements of the application, the materials can be fast cast with automated meter mix dispensing equipment, vacuum cast or hand poured.

InnoTooling™ Polyurethanes

Innovative Polymers' tooling systems include InnoTooling™ polyurethanes as well as RTV silicone rubbers. The materials are easy to mix and pour, exhibit low shrinkage for building molds with excellent dimensional accuracy, and feature great flexibility to accommodate easy demolding of prototypes and parts.

Foams

Innovative Polymers' polyurethane foams range from soft, flexible materials with 9 lb. densities to rigid, 4-6 lb. density systems. They are used for applications as diverse as automotive interior parts, military training aids, taxidermy cores and theme park ride restraints.
