Other options may include cartridge dispensing and hand pouring, depending on the foam formulation. Among the diverse applications for FM-series polyurethane foams are architectural models, prototype parts, automotive interior components, military training aids, sports and recreation equipment, taxidermy cores, and theme park ride arm rests and seat restraints.

Innovative Polymers' foams are formulated for fast demolding. The product family includes the following materials:

• FM-109 is an off-white soft and flexible foam with a 9 lb. density.
• FM-204 is light tan in color. It is a rigid, 4 lb. density foam.
• FM-2045 is a slightly slower version of FM 204 for building large, rigid, light tan-colored parts.
• FM-206 is a rigid, 6 lb. density foam colored light tan.
