Refund Policy

At RAMPF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return most items within 30 days of purchase.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Alternatively, you may request store credit.

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges are available for identical items in different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

Please ensure that all returned items are shipped with tracking and that you retain proof of shipment.
